Abstract: As part of the FP7 SOLARNET project a new Solar Virtual Observatory (SVO) is being developed at the Royal Observatory of Belgium. The goal of the SVO is to make data from European ground based telescopes such as GREGOR, SST, THEMIS, VTT, DST as well as data from space missionssuch as SDO and PROBA2 easily available to the scientific community. Our aim is to make the SVO user friendly while also providing advanced options for more in depth searches.
