Abstract: As part of the development stages of SPADE, the addition of a transmitter at the Humain Radio Astronomy Station is planned to calibrate the instrument. This implementation will use Software-Defined Radio, which allows for enhanced functionality by leveraging the automation and connectivity options associated with this technology. This paper explores the feasibility of configuring this transmitter as a pulse generator to convert the BRAMS interferometer in Humain into a radar for observing radio meteor echoes.
