The EUI consists of three telescopes, the Full Sun Imager (FSI) and two High Resolution Imagers (HRILYA, HRIEUV), which are optimised to image in Lyman-α and EUV (17.4 nm, 30.4 nm). The 3 telescopes together provide a coverage from chromosphere up to corona with both high resolution and with a wide field of view. EUI scientific data consists of calibrated and raw data images acquired by the three EUI telescopes. Following the orbit profile of Solar Orbiter, the data coverage, imaging cadence and effective spatial resolution of the EUI data are very variable. "EUI data release 5.0 2022-04" contains the Solar Orbiter/EUI data from the Near Earth Commissioning Phase (NECP), the Cruise Phase and the first 3 months of the Nominal Science Phase. 000005789 536__ $$aThe EUI instrument was built by CSL, IAS, MPS, MSSL/$$cUCL, PMOD/$$fWRC, ROB, LCF/IO with funding from the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office (BELSPO/PRODEX PEA 4000134088); the Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales (CNES); the UK Space Agency (UKSA); the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWi) through the Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (DLR); and the Swiss Space Office (SSO). 000005789 594__ $$aSTCE 000005789 6531_ $$aSolar Orbiter 000005789 6531_ $$aEUI 000005789 6531_ $$atelescope 000005789 6531_ $$amultlayer telescope 000005789 6531_ $$aEUV 000005789 6531_ $$aUV 000005789 6531_ $$aCMOS-APS 000005789 6531_ $$acorona 000005789 6531_ $$atransition region 000005789 6531_ $$a17.4 nm 000005789 6531_ $$a30.4 nm 000005789 6531_ $$aLyman alpha 000005789 6531_ $$aCME 000005789 6531_ $$acoronal mass ejection 000005789 6531_ $$acoronal structure 000005789 700__ $$aVerbeeck, Francis 000005789 700__ $$aStegen, Koen 000005789 700__ $$aKraaikamp, Emil 000005789 700__ $$aGissot, Samuel 000005789 700__ $$aAuchère, Frederic 000005789 700__ $$aBerghmans, David 000005789 8560_ $$fdavid.berghmans@observatoire.be 000005789 85642 $$ahttp://sidc.be/EUI/data/releases/202204_release_5.0 000005789 980__ $$aDATASET
