West, Matthew

Seminar presented at ROB on 2017-11-22

Abstract: The current installment of the 'background in solar physics' seminar series will focus on coronal phenomenology. The presentation will focus on important features of the solar corona and concepts that help us understand what we're seeing. A brief history to coronal observations and the instruments that help us observe the corona will be presented, before focusing on different features as they're seen in different temperatures.
