Talk presented at IBUKS meeting, Leuven, Belgium on 2016-06-16

Abstract: Sub-minute quasi-periodic pulsations have been reported in several solar flares in wavelengths ranging from radio waves to Hard X-Ray. However, their detection remains challenging, as observations with a good signal-to-noise ratio and a high acquisition cadence are required. The last generation of EUV space radiometers (SDO/EVE, PROBA2/LYRA, etc) provides the adequate performances. They highlighted that QPPs are not rare in the EUV either. Nevertheless, the mechanism at their origin is still debated. In this talk, I will discuss our current understanding of the phenomenon. I will also address the specificities of those sub-minute QPPs in the EUV and analyze them in the broader picture of multi-wavelength detection. How do they compare to the ones observed in other wavelength ranges? Are sub-minute QPPs produced by the same process as the longer-period ones? What can we learn from their analysis?
